About the role

The Senior HR Analyst will provide expert analysis of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes. You will support HR leadership with data‑driven insights, ensuring initiatives align with strategic priorities and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive HR analyses, benchmark against best practices, and recommend improvements for compensation and benefits policies.
• Maintain and update HR systems, including SAP‑ERP and HRIS, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Participate in budgeting, workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Perform impact analyses of organizational changes and propose future HR directions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in HR analytics, compensation, and benefits.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and system implementation.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
