About the role

The Senior HR Analyst (Recruitment) will provide expert analysis and recommendations to improve HR programs, policies, and processes. This role supports the HR function by delivering timely, data‑driven insights that align with operational priorities and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze talent needs, identify sources, and attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for current and future positions.
• Improve hiring strategies, employer branding, and technology use to ensure effective recruitment.
• Calculate and record workforce planning data, estimating optimal staffing levels for short‑ and long‑term horizons.
• Participate in HR projects, organization development initiatives, and policy formulation.
• Maintain and update HR systems, respond to queries from stakeholders, and produce analytical reports and presentations.
• Conduct impact analyses of organizational changes and provide recommendations for future HR direction.
• Support budgeting, talent acquisition, talent development, compensation, succession planning, and employee engagement activities through data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR analysis, recruitment, and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.
