Senior HR Generalist

About the role

This senior HR generalist position supports a fast‑growing AI infrastructure tech company operating in Saudi Arabia. The role blends hands‑on HR operations with strategic people‑program development, ensuring compliance and a high‑quality employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and leave management within a PEO environment.
• Maintain and improve compliance processes such as state registrations, policy updates, mandatory training, and audit readiness.
• Manage benefits administration and serve as the primary contact for brokers and external HR/PEO providers.
• Support total rewards activities, including offer letter creation, compensation benchmarking, and collaboration with Finance and Legal.
• Handle employee‑relations cases—performance issues, accommodations, conflict resolution, and separations—with discretion and sound judgment.
• Partner with legal counsel on sensitive matters to ensure proper documentation and risk mitigation.
• Assist performance cycles, manager coaching, and people programs such as engagement surveys and onboarding experiences.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting, and HRIS integrity for metrics like headcount and attrition.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles, preferably in fast‑growing tech or startup environments.
• Experience working within a PEO or multi‑state employment structure (e.g., Justworks, Rippling).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage employee‑relations cases with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous documentation skills.
• High level of discretion handling confidential information.
