About the role
Our client in Riyadh is seeking a Senior HR professional to lead the human‑resources function for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. The role will be based on‑site and reports to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Develop new HR policies and update existing ones.
- Ensure employee compliance with HR policies.
- Execute employee annual review procedures.
- Counsel employees as required.
- Conduct exit interviews to understand termination reasons.
- Organise events and conferences for employees.
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Set objectives for the HR team.
- Help shape the employer brand strategy and network with external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing HR functions for 10,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR policy design.
- Ability to lead a large HR team and drive strategic initiatives.
