Senior HR

About the role

Our client in Riyadh is seeking a Senior HR professional to lead the human‑resources function for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. The role will be based on‑site and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design compensation and benefits packages.
• Develop new HR policies and update existing ones.
• Ensure employee compliance with HR policies.
• Execute employee annual review procedures.
• Counsel employees as required.
• Conduct exit interviews to understand termination reasons.
• Organise events and conferences for employees.
• Oversee the recruitment process.
• Set objectives for the HR team.
• Help shape the employer brand strategy and network with external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions for 10,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and HR policy design.
• Ability to lead a large HR team and drive strategic initiatives.
