Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

About the role

The Senior HR Specialist – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll leads the design, administration and analysis of compensation and benefits programs while ensuring accurate payroll processing. The role partners with finance and business leaders to provide data‑driven insights that support strategic workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing with accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, allowances, incentives and employee benefits.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Support annual salary review, budgeting and manpower cost planning.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, KPIs and workforce analytics for management.
• Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain employee compensation and payroll data in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, payroll requirements and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on payroll, budgeting and compensation matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations and payroll compliance.
• Proven experience designing compensation structures, salary benchmarking and job evaluation.
• Experience preparing HR reports, workforce analytics and management presentations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• HR data analysis and reporting.
• Budgeting and manpower cost analysis.
• Ability to develop HR dashboards and visual reports.
