Senior HSEQ Manager – Luxury Projects

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a senior HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environment and quality activities for luxury projects across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to regional HSE leadership, you will ensure compliance with corporate standards, local regulations and drive a strong safety culture across offices, sites, accommodations and transport.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HSE leadership and technical guidance for all operations in KSA.
• Develop and embed a positive safety culture across business units and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE standards, local regulations and the Global HSE Management System.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform HSE audits, inspections and compliance assessments for offices, projects, accommodations and contractor activities.
• Oversee driving safety programs and safe management of company‑provided accommodation and transportation.
• Engage with clients, contractors, regulators and government bodies on HSE matters.
• Monitor performance indicators, prepare management reports and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma/IGC or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Minimum 15 years of HSE experience in engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards.
• Proven experience implementing and managing HSE Management Systems in large organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and training delivery skills.
