Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead and support organizational development initiatives at MEMF Electrical Industries Co., a leading manufacturer of electrical solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role will partner with business leaders to design job structures, improve workforce efficiency, and drive HR projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational development programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions, job families, grades, and organizational charts.
• Conduct job analysis and ensure clear definition of roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting lines.
• Support organizational structure reviews and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Partner with department heads to identify workforce development needs and support performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for management decision‑making.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with business requirements and drive continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to organizational development.
• Proven experience in job analysis and job description development.
• Good understanding of organizational structures, job evaluation, competency frameworks and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR projects.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
