Senior ICT & Digital Modernisation Expert (Non-Key)

About the role

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Non-Key Expert to provide high‑quality technical assistance for the EU‑funded Egypt Downtown Facility project. The role focuses on modernising institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications and cybersecurity within public administrations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and modernise institutional IT systems and digital workflows to improve efficiency and security.
• Develop technical assessments, specifications and road‑maps for ICT and digital modernisation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of secure communications and cybersecurity measures in public sector entities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.
• English at C1 level; Arabic is desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including experience with institutional IT assessments and digital modernisation.
• Proven ability to prepare technical specifications and modernisation road‑maps.
• Knowledge of secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience supporting digital modernisation in public administrations is a plus.
