Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support multidisciplinary infrastructure and land development projects across Saudi Arabia. Working closely with project managers, design teams, clients and stakeholders, you will coordinate technical delivery and ensure high‑quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams covering highways, utilities, drainage and civil structures.
• Support planning, management and delivery of land development projects from concept through detailed design.
• Manage project delivery activities including programme management, resources, risks and actions.
• Review design outputs for technical integration, consistency and compliance.
• Interface with clients, authorities, stakeholders and sub‑consultants.
• Monitor project performance, budget, schedule and quality in collaboration with the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Professional engineering qualification (CEng, PE, SCE or equivalent).
• Proven experience in engineering consultancy or infrastructure project delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience across CMP, DMP, concept and detailed design stages.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Desirable: PMP/PRINCE2 qualification and Arabic language capability.
