Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer

About the role

The Senior Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for managing technical facilities delivery and ensuring the availability of critical building systems across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of critical facilities for technical buildings in the West Region.
• Maintain continuous operation of DC, AC, UPS, precision cooling, raised floor, air‑flow management, FDAS and FSS systems.
• Oversee SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, MOPs and day‑to‑day FM contract operations.
• Implement high‑speed sintering (HSS) and enforce regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for core services.
• Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance within SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage spares, consumables and electro‑mechanical asset maintenance including HVAC, transport systems, BMS, energy management and civil works.
• Oversee soft FM services such as janitorial and housekeeping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or critical infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of data‑center environments and electro‑mechanical systems.
• Ability to supervise contractors and optimise resources.
• Familiarity with corporate property, real‑estate and risk management processes.
