Senior Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to supervise interior fit‑out works on large‑scale mixed‑use developments in Saudi Arabia. The role involves ensuring that all interior works are delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and in compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor interior fit‑out works on‑site, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, samples and mock‑ups before installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress and compliance.
• Identify construction issues and work with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor project progress, flag delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare snag lists, verify installed works and ensure timely rectification before handover.
• Participate in site, progress and coordination meetings, providing inspection reports and updates.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are met throughout construction.
• Support the Project Manager in planning and execution of interior fit‑out works.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in interior fit‑out supervision for mixed‑use or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes and industry standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage on‑site activities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
