Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead audit engagements, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our branches and entities. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits while collaborating closely with management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit all key audit deliverables on time and with the required quality.
• Review work papers and assess the completeness and quality of the test program.
• Identify, develop and document audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that all reportable issues have been discussed with the auditee.
• Conduct audit procedures, gather evidence and support engagement processes.
• Provide a draft report for manager review.
• Organize a closing meeting to capture management responses.
• Perform monthly observation follow‑ups.
• Conduct monthly visits to branches and entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Arabic: native language; English: fluent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with audit software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good knowledge of risk management frameworks, compliance and internal control.
