Senior Investment Consultant (Riyadh/Dubai)

About the role

Mercer Wealth is seeking a Senior Investment Consultant to join its team in Riyadh or Dubai. You will work with institutional clients, delivering tailored investment advice and strategic solutions across a range of asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants and analysts to provide high‑impact investment advice to institutional portfolios.
• Design and analyze customized strategic investment solutions, including complex asset‑liability modeling.
• Develop and critically review strategic asset allocations and lead manager research and selection across public and private assets.
• Prepare detailed client reports, investment policy statements, and governance documentation.
• Work closely with Mercer specialist teams to deliver integrated consulting solutions and monitor portfolio performance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of investment experience, preferably in institutional consulting or asset management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proven confidence presenting to clients and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
