Senior IT Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead the management of our Microsoft ecosystem and internal IT infrastructure. The role is based in Riyadh and will support the production house’s technology needs, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, permissions, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing.
• Configure and maintain Azure AD / Entra ID and enforce security policies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, system and network issues, including VPN connectivity.
• Develop and update internal IT policies, SOPs and documentation.
• Provide daily help‑desk support for email, printers, devices and network problems.
• Deploy and configure new employee devices.
• Integrate and support collaboration tools such as Zoom and Odoo.
• Maintain technical inventory of hardware, software and licenses, tracking warranties and maintenance.
• Identify and propose technical improvements to boost productivity and security awareness.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of hands‑on IT experience with full proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Currently residing in Riyadh and able to start immediately.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and technical support expertise.
• Organised, responsible and clear communicator.
