Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

Fastlog is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the acquisition and management of high‑value logistics clients. You will be the primary liaison for strategic accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while positioning Fastlog as a trusted partner in the shipping sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑value prospects in logistics and shipping, building long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service‑level agreements, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery processes and resolve service issues promptly.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights to enhance Fastlog’s value proposition.
• Prepare performance reports for senior management and contribute to business planning and sales strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, business development or B2B sales within logistics, parcel shipping or delivery services.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise‑level clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
