Senior Laserfiche Engineer

About the role

The Senior Laserfiche ECM Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting automation‑centric ECM solutions using Laserfiche and Microsoft development technologies. The role focuses on workflow automation, digital forms, repository‑driven business logic, and enterprise integrations that transform manual processes into secure, scalable, and auditable digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Laserfiche Forms for service requests, approvals, case management, onboarding, procurement and other digital workflows.
• Build and optimise Laserfiche Workflow automations, including routing rules, escalations, notifications, SLA monitoring and exception handling.
• Develop C#/.NET integrations between Laserfiche and external systems such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, email platforms, portals and payment services.
• Implement API‑based integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks or middleware patterns.
• Prepare technical specifications, design documents, deployment plans, unit tests and release notes for each solution.
• Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration errors and performance bottlenecks across development, test and production environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise application development or ECM/BPM delivery experience.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on Laserfiche development (Forms and Workflow).
• Strong programming background in C#.NET/.NET Core and SQL Server.
• Proven experience designing, consuming and integrating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and support UAT and production deployments.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is highly desirable.
