About the role

PwC Academy is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Project Manager to join its Management Consulting team in Saudi Arabia. The role will support the Academy’s mission to build capabilities at scale, helping governments and organisations accelerate transformation through a future‑fit workforce.

Key responsibilities

Design, plan and deliver L&D projects that align with regional transformation agendas.
Collaborate with cross‑functional experts to create and implement training solutions.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
Contribute to the development of scalable upskilling programmes for public and private sector clients.

Required profile

Senior Associate level experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead L&D initiatives in complex organisational settings.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
