Senior Lead Security Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Lead Security Analyst to oversee the design, implementation and operation of our security systems. The role will drive incident response, security monitoring and awareness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and support security systems and procedures.
• Perform regular system audits, prepare security reports and upgrade systems for maximum protection.
• Conduct security design analysis for existing or new infrastructure, data, software and facilities.
• Lead resolution of security incidents, act as first escalation point and mentor junior analysts.
• Direct the Group’s security awareness program and provide expert consultation.
• Utilize SIEM data and correlated logs (IDS/IPS, AV, WAF, OS events, web proxy) to establish context and scope of incidents.
• Deploy, integrate and configure new security solutions and enhancements following best practices.
• Identify and evaluate new security protection technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to mitigate threats and respond to incidents.
• Develop and improve security monitoring, incident response playbooks and alerting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience leading security teams and handling incident response.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and best‑practice standards.
