About the role
We are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring solid expertise in contract law, drafting and reviewing B2B agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and analyse a variety of contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and legal standards.
- Draft, revise, and negotiate legal documents such as NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Identify potential legal risks within agreements and recommend amendments to protect company interests.
- Maintain and update internal legal databases and records to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing legal insight on contract‑related matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law.
- 3‑6 years of experience in contract review and legal documentation.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
