Senior Legal Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to join our Legal Affairs team. The successful candidate will lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts while advising business units on legal and commercial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Identify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contracts.
• Provide legal advice to business units on contractual matters.
• Support complex, high‑value contract negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual terms.
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed.
• Support dispute resolution related to contractual matters.
• Mentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB).
• 4‑7 years of experience in contract law, commercial law, or in‑house legal practice.
• Strong hands‑on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Proven ability to provide legal advice and assess contractual risks.
• Experience in e‑commerce, technology, or retail sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in a holding company or multi‑entity environment is a plus.
• Legal practice license is preferred.
