Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead on‑site maintenance activities for our equipment and material handling systems. The role ensures that all machinery remains reliable, safe and operational while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on electro‑mechanical equipment and material handling systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and helpers, assigning tasks and ensuring quality workmanship.
• Train and mentor less‑experienced staff to improve team performance and system reliability.
• Monitor compliance with system standards, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) policies and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to maintenance processes and equipment uptime.

Required profile

• Electro‑Mechanical Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on electro‑mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with material handling systems.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and manage work priorities.
