Senior Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Senior Maintenance Technician will lead on‑site maintenance activities for critical equipment, ensuring reliability and sustainable operation. This role combines hands‑on technical work with team leadership to keep systems running at peak performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned and corrective maintenance tasks on electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Lead a team of technicians and helpers, assigning work and monitoring progress.
• Train and mentor less‑experienced staff to improve overall team capability.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies.
• Document maintenance actions and report on equipment status.

Required profile

• Electro‑Mechanical Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electro‑mechanical troubleshooting.
• At least 2 years of experience with material handling systems.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage maintenance projects.
