About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Academics & Curriculum function, driving strategic curriculum development and academic innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Lead curriculum strategy and align academic roadmaps with international standards.
Drive continuous academic innovation and improvement initiatives.
Oversee design and implementation of International Baccalaureate (IB) and SAT programs.
Utilize data analytics to enhance academic performance and inform decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure curriculum quality and relevance.

Required profile

Master’s or PhD in Science or Educational Leadership.
10+ years of experience in education, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in strategic IB and SAT curriculum design.
Strong analytical background with experience using data to improve educational outcomes.
Excellent English communication skills.
