Senior Manager, Corporate Treasury

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its corporate treasury function. The role is responsible for shaping liquidity strategy, managing financial risk, and providing the financial insight needed for the airline’s growth and transformation into a global hub.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies covering foreign‑exchange, interest‑rate, fuel, commodity and counter‑party risk hedging.
• Oversee cash forecasting, funding planning and investment allocation to optimise liquidity and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and internal stakeholders to ensure effective market execution and counter‑party management.
• Implement and enhance treasury management systems, automation and straight‑through processing.
• Maintain treasury policies, delegated authorities, controls and risk limits, ensuring robust governance and audit readiness.
• Provide accurate reporting, valuation integrity and compliance monitoring for all treasury activities.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, delivering performance insights to senior leadership and governance committees.

Required profile

• Degree qualified with at least 8 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, financial risk management or related fields within a complex, multinational or capital‑intensive organisation.
• Proven ability to influence executive‑level stakeholders and manage complex treasury operations.
• Strong leadership, sound judgment and a track record of delivering strategic treasury outcomes.
