Senior Manager – Facility Management (Civil Dept.)

About the role

The client, a reputable facilities management firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Civil Department for an 18‑month contract at the Al Aula site of the Royal Commission. The role focuses on operational oversight, performance management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Chair operations meetings, review performance, and align objectives with contractual obligations.
• Establish performance baselines, conduct audits, and track KPIs for service providers.
• Maintain an operational risk register and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards through quality inspections.
• Prepare monthly service and performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate timely feedback.
• Oversee CAFM system usage, ensuring data accuracy and contract compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent extensive industry experience.
• Minimum 15‑16 years of experience in asset or facilities management, preferably in civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM/EAM systems and asset management principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
