Senior Manager - General Ledger Controlling

About the role

Red Sea Coastal Trading Company, a subsidiary of Red Sea Global, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its General Ledger Controlling function. The role oversees finance operations, treasury activities, payroll and ensures compliance with Saudi fiscal regulations while supporting the Group’s strategic coastal development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance operations team to accurately book all financial transactions in line with IFRS, internal policies and budgetary ownership.
• Execute treasury operations including payables, collections, credit control, bank funding, cash management and pooling.
• Plan and forecast monthly cash flow, manage liquidity and optimise the use of bank facilities.
• Manage the Group’s bank debt and funding portfolio, reviewing operating and financing cash flows.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT and Zakat regulations.
• Support the Group CFO with statutory reporting, audit coordination and annual budgeting.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners, statutory auditors, credit insurers and tax advisors.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations and treasury functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi fiscal regulations (VAT, Zakat).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cash‑flow planning and forecasting.
• Experience coordinating statutory reporting and audits.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
