Senior Manager, Operations - Market-Aligned (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager who will steer strategic initiatives across our growing organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people leadership, turning ambitious business goals into scalable programs that deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic initiatives, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Own program management and governance, including cadences, risk tracking, budgets, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and people teams to align objectives and remove dependencies.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and present clear narratives to stakeholders.
• Champion process improvements that accelerate growth and increase efficiency.
• Develop team capabilities and career paths through mentorship, performance feedback, and targeted development plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management, with at least 3 years in people leadership.
• Track record of delivering cross‑functional programs.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and motivate without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent a plus).
