Senior Manager, Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation

About the role

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a senior leader to drive organizational effectiveness and transformation across both sporting and corporate functions. Working closely with the HR Director, you will shape the club’s operating model, align structures with strategic priorities, and embed a high‑performance mindset throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director to define and execute the organizational effectiveness agenda.
• Conduct a ground‑up assessment of performance, capabilities, and structure to identify gaps and priorities.
• Translate strategic objectives into organizational design, role definitions, and performance frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on performance, design, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead diagnostics, review operating models, and clarify processes, roles, and decision‑making frameworks.
• Monitor organizational health metrics such as engagement, productivity, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and implement enterprise‑wide process improvements and governance structures.
• Lead complex transformation projects, including restructuring, operating‑model changes, and capability development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior HR or organizational development roles, preferably within large, matrixed environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of leading organization‑wide assessments and transformation programs.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate diagnostic insights into actionable plans.
• Ability to drive change management initiatives and ensure sustainable adoption.
