Senior Manager - PMO

About the role

Riyadh Air is looking for a Senior Manager – PMO to turn strategy into disciplined execution across its fast‑growing airline. The role will lead governance, portfolio oversight and executive engagement to ensure strategic programmes are delivered on time, within budget and with maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate projects and functional initiatives, set priorities, monitor performance and manage inter‑dependencies.
• Translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues, provide timely interventions and support informed decision‑making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align strategic priorities, accelerate decisions and ensure successful execution as the airline scales globally.
• Lead a high‑performance culture, coach teams and establish scalable delivery practices to handle increasingly complex initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project and portfolio management, including 3‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio governance, project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue resolution, change management and performance reporting.
• Experience in the airline industry, particularly within commercial or operations functions during periods of rapid growth, is a strong advantage.
