Senior Manager – Production & Technical Integration

About the role

The Senior Manager – Production & Technical Integration leads Expo‑wide events and entertainment production operations. You will ensure effective planning, coordination, operational readiness, and flawless execution across all venues and event sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of production operations across venues, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance with approved plans.
• Oversee operational schedules, workflows and resource deployment, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Manage venue and back‑of‑house activities, including setup, changeovers, occupancy transitions and production support.
• Plan and execute rehearsals and live show operations, coordinating production teams and handling operational incidents.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment, materials, personnel and resources, ensuring timely availability for multiple concurrent events.
• Drive operational readiness by conducting assessments, mitigating gaps and preparing venues for live operations.
• Integrate production requirements with site‑wide operational services and act as the primary liaison between production and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial roles in large‑scale entertainment, events or production operations.
• Proven experience overseeing venue operations, back‑of‑house activities, rehearsals, logistics and show operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead operational readiness planning and integrate production needs with broader operational functions.
