Senior Manager – Project Controls Lead (FIDIC)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Project Controls for the FIDIC Engineer on the SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner project. The role reports directly to the FIDIC Engineer and coordinates closely with Qiddiya Investment Company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and execute all phases of project controls including planning, scheduling, cost analysis and document control.
• Provide guidance to the FIDIC Engineer on complex project control issues and prepare statistical and status reports for clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections, assess contractor progress against schedules and manage schedule slippage impacts.
• Lead a technical team to analyze costs, forecast performance and maintain hierarchical planning systems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with at least 15 years of construction project experience, focusing on project controls management.
• Extensive experience with FIDIC or equivalent design‑construction contracts; Project Management certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Project Controls software.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
