About the role

The Senior Manager Student Journey & Alumni Engagement leads the delivery and growth of the Alumni UK programme in Saudi Arabia. Embedded locally within a globally connected alumni ecosystem, the role coordinates stakeholder relationships, community development and programme activities to strengthen connections between alumni, the UK and the local education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement country‑level alumni engagement plans aligned with global Alumni UK priorities.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with alumni, ambassadors, universities, employers and professional bodies.
• Develop and activate inclusive alumni communities, networks and thematic engagement groups.
• Identify and promote alumni stories, case studies and ambassador activities that showcase the impact of UK education.
• Coordinate local delivery of centrally developed communications, toolkits and engagement activities across relevant channels.
• Design and organise alumni events, networking sessions and skills‑development initiatives.
• Collect engagement insights, monitor data and provide impact evidence for programme learning and reporting.

Required profile

• Written and verbal proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia at the time of application.
• Senior‑level managerial experience in alumni relations, education programmes or community development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across education and professional sectors.
