Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

WAFY is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape and execute its consumer marketing strategy across Saudi Arabia. The role combines brand building, performance marketing, content creation, and consumer acquisition to drive measurable growth for the entertainment and tourism marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve WAFY’s brand positioning, identity, and consumer communication across all touchpoints.
• Design and run consumer acquisition campaigns on paid and organic channels.
• Lead integrated seasonal campaigns tied to Saudi cultural moments, entertainment seasons, and major events.
• Own performance marketing across paid social, search, and app acquisition, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Develop content and social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and other platforms.
• Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships to expand authentic reach.
• Oversee creative production to align marketing output with brand and commercial goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, attribution, reporting, and continuous optimisation.
• Lead and develop the internal marketing team and coordinate external agencies.
• Provide Saudi consumer insights to inform broader business and product decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with proven leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi consumer market, digital platforms, cultural moments and behaviour.
• Track record of building or scaling a consumer‑facing brand.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
