Senior Marketing Services Manager

About the role

Visa Marketing Services partners with issuers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to design and execute marketing strategies that grow card portfolios, increase spend and deepen customer relationships. As a Senior Marketing Services Manager you will act as a strategic advisor to banks, fintechs and other financial institutions, leveraging Visa’s data, platforms and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic marketing technology advisor to issuer clients, translating business objectives into end‑to‑end campaign programs that drive acquisition, activation and loyalty.
• Lead the design and execution of multi‑channel digital campaigns across paid media, social, programmatic and mobile, using audience segmentation and personalization frameworks.
• Apply AI/ML tools—including generative AI, intelligent bidding and dynamic creative optimization—to improve workflow efficiency, campaign performance and real‑time budget allocation.
• Provide market expertise for Saudi Arabia, ensuring campaigns respect local customs, regulatory guidelines (SAMA) and align with Vision 2030 priorities.

Required profile

• Arabic language proficiency (written and spoken).
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, martech platforms, campaign delivery and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML applications in marketing, such as generative AI tools or predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Background in B2B or B2B2C marketing, preferably within financial services, banking or payments.
