Senior Marketing Specialist – Drive Growth in Saudi Arabia

About the role

UULA is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to accelerate its growth in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns while creating compelling content that strengthens the brand and delivers measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with senior management.
• Plan, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns across digital, traditional, and agency channels.
• Create end‑to‑end marketing assets, including video production, graphics, and static visuals.
• Manage all company marketing channels such as social media, email newsletters, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer insights, and monitor competitor activity to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft concise messages.
• Creative mindset capable of generating fresh ideas and visual direction.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic‑design and video‑editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Figma).
• Experience using digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
