Senior Middleware Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Middleware Services Specialist to support, configure, and maintain middleware platforms and integration services that enable reliable communication between enterprise applications. The role ensures stable middleware operations through installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, security compliance, and documentation while delivering effective integration solutions across IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware software solutions, including Microsoft integration platforms such as BizTalk Server, Azure Integration Services, API Management, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Design, build, and configure integration solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless communication between applications and enterprise systems like SharePoint and .NET applications.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement security measures, compliance standards, and resiliency strategies, including automated deployment, failover, and backup processes.
• Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot integration problems, and deliver robust solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration settings, and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Sciences & Systems or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in middleware installation, configuration, and support.
• Proven ability to update technical skills and apply best practices in delivery and problem‑solving.
