Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, operation and security of our enterprise IT environment. The role covers both on‑premises and cloud platforms, ensuring high performance, resilience and compliance for critical business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco and Huawei technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD‑WAN).
• Manage and optimise server and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Configure, manage and secure Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, IDS/IPS and related security solutions.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, coordinate penetration testing and lead remediation activities.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, standards and operational procedures.
• Lead infrastructure enhancement projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity and business teams to deliver secure, reliable and scalable IT services.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements for performance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience with Cisco, Huawei and Fortinet security solutions.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA infrastructure and connectivity.
• Strong background in vulnerability management and infrastructure hardening.
