Senior Network Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Network Support Engineer to deliver on‑site and remote network services, troubleshooting, installations and configurations. The role involves working directly with end‑users and field teams to ensure reliable network performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, device failures and cabling issues.
• Respond to incidents, meet SLA targets and escalate complex problems to L3 support.
• Collaborate with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting.
• Replace or repair routers, switches, printers and other networking hardware.
• Provide on‑site and remote support to end users, including software installation and hardware provisioning.
• Set up AV equipment and video‑conferencing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer (L1/L3) with strong hands‑on Cisco networking knowledge.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and support end‑users in field environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and adherence to SLA commitments.
