Senior Officer Organizational Development

About the role

The Senior Officer Organizational Development will shape DP World’s HR architecture in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior leadership, you will design structures, policies, and workforce plans that align talent initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and regularly update HR policies, procedures and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create accurate job descriptions and conduct systematic job evaluations using methods such as the Hay Guide Chart‑Profile.
• Build and monitor workforce planning models, track monthly headcount versus plan, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development programs, including career pathing for high‑potential talent.
• Oversee internal promotions, transfers and ensure all changes are reflected in the HR system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
• Strong time‑management, teamwork, presentation, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
