Senior On‑Site English Instructor

About the role

The On‑Site Senior English Instructor is a full‑time position at 4Level1’s Riyadh campus. You will design and deliver CEFR‑aligned English lessons using communicative, learner‑centered methods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with CEFR levels.
• Conduct face‑to‑face classes for adult and young‑adult learners.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support curriculum development and mentor junior instructors.
• Participate in professional development and foster an inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (near‑native) with strong classroom management.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field; teaching certification (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL) preferred.
• Proven experience teaching CEFR‑aligned courses to diverse adult and young‑adult learners.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on‑site in Riyadh.
