Senior Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager leads the day‑to‑day operation of TGP International’s food and beverage venues across a multi‑site portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role is accountable for operational performance, revenue growth and compliance across owned, managed and client‑run sites. Regular travel between venues and occasional regional or international trips are required.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue targets by developing new formats, menus, offers and partnerships, and by identifying additional income streams such as events, catering and off‑premise sales.
• Oversee operational standards, budgets, labour models and stock control for each site, reviewing and approving schedules, orders and performance reports.
• Lead the performance rhythm with weekly trading reviews, monthly business reviews and quarterly portfolio assessments, and implement recovery plans for under‑performing locations.
• Ensure financial control by monitoring P&L, cost targets, cash handling and approving operating expenditures within delegated authority.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in multi‑site food and beverage operations, with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the operational point of contact for owners, clients, landlords and third‑party operators.
• Willingness to travel regularly between venues and to attend regional or international meetings as needed.
