About the role
The Senior Physical Therapy Specialist will deliver therapeutic interventions across inpatient, outpatient and home‑care settings. The role focuses on restoring movement, managing disorders, relieving pain and preventing disability for individuals with injuries or post‑surgical needs, enabling them to regain functional independence and community participation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, direct physical therapy services to patients with complex conditions, delivering advanced skilled interventions.
- Mentor and assist staff in developing clinical reasoning and critical‑thinking abilities, offering targeted guidance as needed.
- Assess the need for staff development programs, evaluate patient‑care supplies and equipment, and provide input to supervisors.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (minimum two years post‑graduate experience).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- More than 15 years of relevant experience, including sports injury rehabilitation and post‑surgical care.
- Proficiency in English (advanced) and basic Arabic.
