Senior Planning and Scheduling Specialist

About the role

TBH is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join its Riyadh office. You will work closely with both client and TBH teams to develop, integrate, and manage detailed construction schedules for a major complex project in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of project schedules and plans aligned with client objectives and milestones.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear, professional communication.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high‑performing project team.
• Interpret design documentation, create detailed construction schedules, and track progress.
• Integrate, resequence, and validate third‑party schedule inputs to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction project scheduling, preferably on large‑scale Middle East projects.
• Hands‑on, collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to quality and project success.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can engage diverse stakeholders and drive solutions.
• Ability to lead technical execution and provide mentorship to junior staff.
