Senior Planning Manager

About the role

The Senior Planning Manager will lead the planning, scheduling and coordination of a major mixed‑use infrastructure programme in Riyadh, reporting to the Project Controls Director. The role ensures the use of Primavera P6 standards and integrates schedule data across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the EPPM P6 EPS hierarchy, ensuring alignment with the approved WBS and proper node assignments.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Master Procurement Schedule, including baseline documentation, weightage systems and progress measurement.
• Coordinate schedule data integration, validation and alignment between planning tools, PMIS, DWH and cost reporting platforms.
• Provide governance and oversight of PMC baseline schedules, reviewing, validating and approving them for compliance with planning standards.
• Perform schedule performance analysis, identify delays, risks and emerging issues, and support recovery and mitigation planning.

Required profile

• BSc in construction management, engineering, planning or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of post‑graduation experience in large civil and infrastructure projects.
• Professional memberships such as PMI‑PMP, PMI‑CAPM, GRI Professional or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
