Senior Pre-seller

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Pre‑seller to join its KSA sales team. The role focuses on driving sales volume, reducing stale inventory, and achieving distribution targets while delivering high‑level customer service across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed list of customers, meeting predefined sales targets.
• Maintain low levels of stale inventory as set by the supervisor.
• Provide customers with the service standards approved by the supervisor, following the daily route plan and call frequency.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections according to operating procedures.
• Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Gather market information and share insights with the supervisor to identify sales opportunities.
• Attend training courses to improve professionalism and customer service.
• Participate in daily debriefings with the supervisor to review visited customers and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or field‑based selling, preferably within consumer goods.
• Strong focus on achieving sales and distribution goals.
• Ability to follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to use standard sales reporting tools.
