Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

The Senior Procurement Officer will support procurement activities for the Five Iron venue, ensuring that sourcing, supplier follow‑up, purchase requests and reporting are executed accurately, on time and in line with Golf Saudi policies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and use procurement processes, templates and systems in accordance with Golf Saudi standards.
• Coordinate sourcing by gathering requirements, requesting quotations, preparing comparison summaries and maintaining documentation.
• Track purchase requisitions, orders, approvals, deliveries, invoices and pending actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain supplier records, vendor documentation and procurement trackers for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with venue operations and functional teams to understand needs, timelines and service requirements.
• Support supplier communication, relationship management and issue resolution.
• Prepare periodic reports on spend, order status, supplier performance and open actions.
• Ensure compliance with Golf Saudi policies, delegated authorities and procurement controls.
• Identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities and forward recommendations to management.
• Provide administrative support for procurement contracts, renewals and related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement or a related field, or a diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, vendor coordination or purchasing support within FMCG or F&B environments.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow‑up, negotiation support, problem‑solving and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of ERP/procurement systems.
