Senior Product Manager – Foodics Capital

About the role

Foodics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Foodics Capital, its point‑of‑sale financing solution for restaurants and stores across the Middle East. You will shape the product vision, balance short‑term business needs with long‑term strategy, and drive execution from roadmap to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, planning, prioritisation and delivery for Foodics Capital.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, legal, marketing and sales to define features and bring them to market.
• Define success metrics, track KPIs and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve the product.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across all functional teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast‑growth, agile environments with multiple successful launches.
• Strong data‑driven decision making and experience with hypothesis‑driven product development.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, rapidly evolving settings.
• Fluent English and excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
