Senior Product Manager

About the role

Join Tamm, the all‑in‑one e‑commerce platform in Saudi Arabia, as a Senior Product Manager. You will work directly with the founder and the Engineering Lead to shape the product vision and turn it into tangible features across the entire platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and requirements for the whole platform, including storefronts, payments, and AI features.
• Translate vision into clear specifications, priorities, and defensible decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, designing specs rather than merely handing off tickets.
• Spec AI and agentic product experiences with realistic expectations of model capabilities.
• Take ownership of product outcomes, reducing the founder’s workload.

Required profile

• Proven senior product management experience with a track record of setting product direction, not just execution.
• Strong product sense for AI‑driven products and a history of shipping successful features.
• Excellent written communication and ruthless prioritisation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, asynchronous, builder‑led environment.
• Nice to have experience in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or creator‑focused products, technical fluency to earn engineers’ trust, ability to prototype ideas, and Arabic language skills.
