Senior Product Specialist – Pharma (Riyadh)

About the role

The company is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to join its pharmaceutical team in Riyadh. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare stakeholders, supporting product launches and lifecycle management, and driving strategic decisions based on market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and institutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and support initiatives that address unmet needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging evidence, and changes in the healthcare environment to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Support the development and implementation of product launch and lifecycle management plans.
• Act as a key internal point of contact, ensuring alignment and effective communication across functions.

Required profile

• Open to Saudi nationals only (Saudization requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in specialty products.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Availability for face‑to‑face interviews in Riyadh.
