Senior Production Planner – FMCG Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Production Planner to lead the creation and execution of detailed production schedules for our Hail facility. The role ensures optimal use of processing and packing assets while meeting forecasted and actual sales orders in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on forecasts and confirmed orders.
• Monitor plan execution, communicate changes to relevant departments, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Review machine performance and collaborate with processing and manufacturing teams to set realistic run rates.
• Ensure service level agreements are met for internal and external customers, promptly addressing exceptions.
• Prepare daily and weekly planning meeting agendas to align cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning within an FMCG or similar environment.
• Proven experience working with SAP R/3.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on on‑time, in‑full delivery.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
